Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for one small car to the rear of the property. Courtyard with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 2 minute walk. Note: Limited head-space in second floor bedroom. Note: Access to parking is down a lane and care to be taken with regards to this. Bigger cars may need to park on the streets nearby. Note: Please mind head on the beams in the second floor bedroom.
